We don’t offer many “signature drinks” at dose, but we do take care in the options we have. In fact, for the last year we’ve offered 5 carefully crafted syrups that we make in-house, including a Golden Syrup, which is our answer to caramel.
It’s essentially a thinned version of the British cane syrup, Lyle’s Golden. Lyle’s has been produced in England since the late 1800′s and is one of the last remaining sugar cane refineries in the world. They produce a rich but delicately sweet product that blends perfectly with tea or coffee. We like to use a dram in our latte when we have a sweet tooth – it satisfies the craving without overpowering the flavor.
